Trust matters. When Speedo Corleone has a material connection to a brand, product, game, service, or organization discussed in content, that relationship will be disclosed clearly and in a way viewers can reasonably notice and understand.

A material connection may include payment, free or discounted products, early access, travel or event access, affiliate commissions, referral benefits, employment, ownership, or another relationship that could affect how viewers evaluate a recommendation.

Depending on the platform and format, disclosures may appear verbally during a live stream or video; in on-screen text; near an affiliate link; in a caption or description; through a platform's paid-partnership label; or with clear terms such as “Ad,” “Sponsored,” “Paid partnership,” “Gifted,” or “Affiliate link.”

Disclosures will be placed close to the relevant endorsement when practical. They are not intentionally hidden in a profile, behind vague wording, or only at the end of lengthy content.

Sponsored content means a brand provided compensation or another material benefit in connection with the content. Sponsorship acceptance does not guarantee a positive opinion, scripted praise, or control over genuine commentary unless a specific claim or demonstration is required and accurately presented.

Some links or codes may generate a commission or other benefit if a viewer makes a purchase or completes a qualifying action. When used, the affiliate relationship will be identified near the link or recommendation. Unless specifically stated otherwise, using an affiliate link does not increase the viewer's purchase price.

Products, games, services, event access, or experiences received without charge or at a discount may be identified as gifted, provided, or complimentary. Receiving something for free does not guarantee coverage or a favorable review.

Opinions expressed are honest views based on the creator's experience at the time. Product claims that come from a sponsor or manufacturer should be evaluated against the provider's official information. Individual experiences are not a promise that every viewer will receive the same result.

Twitch, TikTok, and other platforms may provide their own branded-content tools or disclosure requirements. Those tools may be used in addition to, rather than instead of, clear disclosures within the content when appropriate.
